Tim Lash is current tenant on the farm. Tim is a neighbor and has been on the farm for the past 37 years and has done an excellent job on the entire farm.

Tile: Farm has older tile, however, in 2012 tile was replaced w/ 6” tile and also installed 12” tile on the east 80 Ac. & the north 40 Ac. on Rhea Park Rd.

Farm is currently in the Nutrient Management Plan for the 2022 & 2023 Crop Years.

10% Down day of Auction with balance due at closing on or before Tuesday, July 5, 2022.
Buyer(s) will be required to enter into a non-negotiable written contract agreement day of auction. Seller will pay 2021 Real Estate Taxes, buyer(s) will assume all taxes thereafter. Title policy showing merchantable title will be furnished subject to the permitted exceptions and title company’s usual and customary exceptions. Seller shall convey all of Seller’s rights and  interests in and to the minerals.
Seller’s will agree to participate in a 1031 like kind exchange.
Prairie Land Title Co., 3301 Constitution Dr. Suite A, Springfield, IL. 217-726-0617, will be responsible for all title work & the closing. Have your pre-approved financial arrangements made prior to bidding. Seller reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
